HazelDOHERTY(Nee Gardiner) The family of the late Hazel wish to sincerely thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for their kind expressions of sympathy and support received during their bereavement. We would also like to thank all those involved in Mum's care, all staff at The Elms Medical Centre and more recently Elmhurst Short Stay Unit, Bealey's Community Hospital and Fairfield Hospital. Special gratitude to Ward 8 for the care you gave to Hazel and the family in her last days. Many thanks for the donations received in her memory and to Lilleywhite Funeral Services for their dignified and caring funeral arrangements.
